Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage klingflash.com uses, and how to control them
2026/09/29
Kling Flash (klingflash.com) is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kuaishou, Kling AI, or any other AI model provider.
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies klingflash.com uses, what each one is for, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies and Browser Storage Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. We also use your browser's local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way but are never sent to our servers automatically. Below, "cookies" covers all of these unless the difference matters.
2. Cookies We Use
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, we do not run ad pixels, and we do not embed social media plugins. Everything we use falls into one of the three groups below.
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in and keep the Service secure. Blocking them will sign you out and may stop checkout from working.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
klingflash.session_token | Keeps you signed in | 7 days, renewed while you use the Service |
klingflash.session_data | Caches your session so pages load faster | 1 hour |
cf_signup_token | Carries a Cloudflare Turnstile check that stops scripts from claiming sign-up bonus credits in bulk | 10 minutes |
Cloudflare security cookies (for example __cf_bm) | Set by our hosting provider to tell people from bots | As set by Cloudflare |
On HTTPS the session cookie names may carry a __Secure- prefix. A few short-lived cookies may also be set while you complete Google or GitHub sign-in.
Preferences
| Cookie or storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language | 1 year |
active_theme | Remembers the display theme | 1 year |
sidebar_state | Remembers whether the dashboard sidebar is open | 7 days |
g_state | Set by Google's sign-in script to remember that you closed the Google One Tap prompt | As set by Google |
| Local and session storage | Keeps an unsent prompt draft, a generation waiting for you to sign in, notices and banners you have dismissed, and when a pop-up was last shown, so nothing is lost or repeated | Until you clear it; session storage ends when you close the tab |
Analytics
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
site_ref (and site_referral in local storage) | Records how you first reached us — the referring site, campaign tags, and landing page. It is saved to your account when you sign up, so we can see which channels bring users | 30 days |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics: counts visits and shows, in aggregate, which pages and features are used | Up to 2 years |
3. Cookies Set on Other Sites
You pay on Stripe's own checkout page, and you sign in with Google or GitHub on their pages. Those services set their own cookies under their own privacy and cookie policies.
4. How to Control Cookies
- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may stop checkout from working.
- To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Local and session storage are removed when you clear the site data for klingflash.com in your browser.
5. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when we add, remove, or change a cookie. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
